Head Chef
We are seeking an experienced Head Chef to lead our kitchen team. As the leader of our culinary operations, you will be responsible for menu development, managing kitchen staff, and ensuring every dish that leaves our kitchen meets our high standards. This is a hands-on role for a creative and organized professional who is passionate about creating exceptional food.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage all kitchen operations, including inventory, ordering, and food costing.
* Develop and create new and exciting menus, including daily specials.
* Train, motivate, and manage the kitchen team.
* Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment in compliance with all health and safety regulations.
* Oversee food preparation, cooking, and plating to ensure consistency and quality.
What We're Looking For:
* Proven experience as a Head Chef or in a senior kitchen management role.
* Strong leadership skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
* A creative and innovative approach to food.
* Excellent knowledge of food preparation, safety, and sanitation standards.

Pay: €38,472.48-€67,889.15 per year
