Superintendent Pharmacist – North County Cork
We are seeking a dedicated and professional Supervising Pharmacist to join our independently owned pharmacy located in North County Cork. This is a full-time, permanent position offering a fantastic opportunity to work in a supportive and patient-focused environment. The role involves working 36 hours per week, Monday to Thursday, with no late nights and no weekend shifts.

As a Supervising Pharmacist, your key responsibilities will include:
Building and maintaining strong relationships with patients, suppliers, and the local community to foster customer loyalty.
Dispensing prescriptions efficiently and accurately while adhering to all regulatory and professional standards.
Monitoring stock levels and liaising with suppliers to ensure the availability of required medications.
Ensuring all paperwork is accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Collaborating with the pharmacy owners to ensure the store operates effectively and meets performance goals.
Performing other day‑to‑day duties as required to maintain the smooth running of the pharmacy.
You will work alongside a dedicated healthcare team committed to delivering excellent patient care to the local community.
To be considered for this role, you must possess the following qualifications and skills:
A Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy (BSc Pharm) or Master of Pharmacy (MPharm).
Registration as a Pharmacist with the Pharmaceutical Society of Ireland (PSI).
The ability to work independently and take initiative.
Strong time management skills to handle a busy dispensary environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with patients and team members.
Your typical day will involve:
Dispensing medications and providing expert advice to patients.
Managing stock levels and ensuring the dispensary is well‑organized.
Building rapport with patients and addressing their healthcare needs.
Collaborating with the team to maintain a high standard of service.
