The successful candidate will be able to work both independently and effectively as part of a team. They must be willing to support colleagues, as well as learn from them, to achieve a common goal.Role & Responsibilities Will IncludeFull clean driving license is requiredStock & order and merchandising in the Dunnes Stores in your region.Tesco interventions including correcting bookstore errors and stock review.Full responsibility for volume target in your region.Actively addresses underperforming stores and presenting solutions to bring store back into growth.Ensuring compliance on all Head Office agreed promotions,Securing secondary displays.Ensuring your display is located and placed to maximise salesMerchandising all client SKU's and replenishing stock in the chiller, section, promotional displays and FSUs.Completion of full journey plan on a weekly basis.Recording and processing all orders through iPad.The role requires close working with the Clients Field Sales team, as well as other key support functions such as Customer Marketing, Brand & Category DevelopmentEssential Qualifications / Knowledge / ExperienceSales experience in the FMCG sectorMerchandising/Sales ExperienceStock & order in Dunnes Stores is preferable but not essential.Proven record in hitting Sales Volume targets, and delivering on KPIs.Experience building displays and placing FSUsExcellent verbal communication and personal organizational skills.Ability to overcome objections and strong business acumen.Full clean driving licenseStrong technological acumen.Experience in this sector is preferred but not essential.Package€30,429,69 annual base salary€2,000 KPI based bonus per annumLunch allowance of €10 per dayCompany Vehicle & Fuel card ProvidedPhone & Tablet SuppliedOther expenses receipted
