Job Role:
We are seeking an accomplished Project Manager to oversee the delivery of multiple projects.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing multiple urban and rural projects, ensuring timely completion, within budget constraints, and in compliance with relevant legislation.
* Oversee full project lifecycle from inception to completion, including site management, resource allocation, and quality control.
* Act as primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders, managing expectations, status reporting, and conflict resolution to build lasting trust.
* Review detailed project designs, coordinate feedback, and maintain rigorous quality control on all works.
* Lead and mentor a team of professionals, identifying training needs and coordinating resource requirements with senior management.
* Manage material delivery, internal scheduling, and liaison with local authorities regarding inspections and site conditions.
* Oversee full on-site Health and Safety, including traffic management and safety checks, ensuring all legal requirements are met.
* Continuously streamline project processes and integrate innovative technology to improve efficiency.
Requirements:
* Full clean driver's license is essential.
* Engineering qualification (or equivalent).
* Experience in Civils, drainage, or utilities with ability to interpret designs.
* Proven project management skills (multiple teams) with strong commercial awareness.
* Sound knowledge of HSQE and ground support systems.
* IT literate.
