We are hiring a Customer Service Specialist to join our team!
Looking for someone with a passion for serving customers and gets satisfaction from helping others.
This position will be scheduling service calls, reporting and administrative tasks for our service department.
Job Title: Customer Service Specialist
Pay Scale: $19.00 to $22.00 per hour + Spiffs
Work Hours: 8:00am to 5:00pm
Work Schedule: Monday through Friday

What you will be doing:
* Customer service!
* Answering inbound calls, qualifying customer's needs, and prioritizing accordingly
* Scheduling calls for service technicians and plumbers
* Scheduling annual maintenance with customers
* Following up with customers on service recommendations given by the service tech after a schedule appointment.
* Other duties as assigned
Qualifications / Skills
* 2 years related experience in customer service in an office, call center, or retail setting, or equivalent combination of education and experience
* Multiline phone experience
* Proficient in Word, Outlook, and Excel
* CRM / ERP Customer Database management experience
* Enjoys talking with people all day, every day!
* Team oriented and ability to work independently
* General sales skills and aptitude
* Excellent communication & follow up skills
* Strong sense of urgency
* High school Diploma or equivalent
