We're hiring aBIM Co-ordinatorto join a leading main contractor on major projects across Dublin.This is a strong opportunity for someone looking to step up within digital construction, take ownership of BIM processes, and work closely with an established BIM Lead in a company that's actively investing in innovation and technology.Role OverviewYou'll support the BIM Lead and wider project teams to ensure models, workflows, and digital deliverables meet required standards, align with client expectations, and comply with project-specific BIM procedures.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the creation, management, and compliance of BIM Execution Plans, BIM workflows, and ISO-aligned CDE processes.Produce high-quality 3D BIM models, Revit content, construction drawings, and extract project data as required.Manage model integrity through conformity checks, clash detection (Navisworks), and ongoing coordination with internal teams and external design partners.Drive BIM capability across the organisation by supporting teams, aligning objectives with subcontractors/designers, and monitoring BIM processes throughout project stages.What You'll NeedDegree in BIM or a related Engineering/Architecture discipline, with 2+ years' experience in a BIM/modelling role.Strong Revit and Navisworks capability, with solid Revit Architecture knowledge and some exposure to MEP/Structures.Good understanding of ISO 19650, BIM protocols, construction sequencing, and data-management tools.Strong communication skills, proactive mindset, and a genuine passion for digital construction and technology adoption.What's on OfferChance to join a forward-thinking contractor with strong digital delivery capabilityExcellent career development within BIM and digital construction
