They are now looking for a Dev Ops Engineering Managerto take ownership of building and leading the next generation of enterprise CI/CD pipelines.
This is a hands-on technical leadership role, ideal for someone passionate about automation, scalability, and team collaboration.
What you'll do Lead a team of Dev Ops engineers and developers to build a strong and scalable Jenkins platform Design and implement a unified CI/CD framework using Jenkins, Octopus Deploy, and modern Dev Ops tools Drive Infrastructure as Code adoption and oversee pipeline administration Collaborate with global stakeholders to define strategy and ensure high delivery standards Stay ahead of new Dev Ops technologies, assess tools, and drive adoption across teams Mentor engineers and promote Dev Ops best practices throughout the organisation Must have3+ years leading or managing a Dev Ops team Strong hands-on experience with Jenkins, Octopus Deploy, and CI/CD pipeline design Proficiency with AWS, Azure, or other major cloud providers Experience automating infrastructure deployment and using Ia C tools such as Terraform or Cloud Formation Solid programming or scripting experience (Python,, etc.)Strong understanding of Git and version control principles Desirable Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, or container orchestration Knowledge of Software-Defined Networks, VPCs, and cloud networking technologies Experience in large-scale, global Dev Ops environments Why join This is an opportunity to take a lead role in a global technology-driven organisation that values innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
