Job Description SummaryIn this role, you'll support the Global Integrated Supply Chain Leader to enable achievement of their business priorities, and support the functions transformation journey from Good to Great. •Run: Proactive logistical support enabling the ISC Leader to deliver on their priorities•Change: Elevate Engagement across the organizationThis role reports into the PDx Global ISC Leader. We are happy to consider flexible working options and are looking at candidates based in Cork (Ireland) and Chalfont St Giles (United Kingdom). Job DescriptionRun: Executive SupportCalendar, Travel and Expense Management: Proactively manage the Global Integrated Supply Chain Leader's calendar, book travel through Navan system, arrange visas and transport, prepare detailed itineraries and process/submit expenses in a timely mannerInbox Management: Oversee email workflow and prioritization to ensure timely responses and efficient communicationEvent Management: Provide end-to-end support for Global offsite meetings, ensuring seamless planning and executionAdmin Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and coach the ISC Administration team (2 Direct Reports, 7 In-Direct Reports), promoting best practices across the network to ensure the ISC LT are supported to deliver on organizational prioritiesChange: ISC EngagementContent Creator: Lead the ISC Communications strategy and execution for internal communications, amplifying our cultural operating principles to foster a connected and informed workforceProject Management: Leverage Project Management tools to lead and execute initiativesEnhance Wellbeing: Assess and address ISC function wellbeing needs, ensure programmes on physical, mental and emotional health are deployed across our networkPrincipal QualificationsSolid experience supporting Executive Leaders in multi-national environmentsAbility to work across multi-cultural and diverse teamsPeople Leader with a proven ability to manage diverse teams, mentor and develop talentProven experience supporting cultural transformation and employee wellbeingDigital savvy, including Microsoft Office tools and basic AI skillsKnowledge of Smartsheet and Power BI is desirable but not essentialA high degree of self-management organizational skills, and an excellent communicator (English, oral and written)Experience of managing a busy workload, including complex and competing priorities whilst remaining organized and professional, working to deadlines, and sometimes delivering under pressureKnowledge of LEAN methods and standard work, always working from a LEAN mindset.
