Key Duties & Responsibilities

Ensure that the project is delivered on time and within budget by effectively overseeing risks, contracts, operations, and communications.
Manage the day-to-day operational and tactical aspects of a large-scale site.
Review high-level deliverables across the site.
Implement quality assurance procedures in accordance with our methodology.
Manage project scope and mitigate risks across projects.
Attend Health and Safety meetings with the site team and subcontractors.
Ensure compliance with Health & Safety policies and procedures on site.
Identify and order required materials in a timely manner aligned with the project schedule.
Lead in managing performance and budgets, ensuring coordination and adherence to the contract program.
Manage a direct labour workforce and all subcontractors.
Work with and manage the site management team.

Minimum Qualifications & Experience

Degree, Higher Diploma, HETAC qualification, or relevant trade experience.
Significant site management experience on residential projects.
Background in residential developments is essential.
Knowledge of the latest building regulations and certification standards.
A strong sense of ownership and responsibility for tasks and projects.
Attention to detail and a methodical approach.
Ability to lead, use initiative, and be self-motivated.
