**Job Title:** Commercial Landscape Crew Leader
As a key member of our landscape team, you will have the opportunity to work outdoors and make a positive impact on the appearance and value of properties. Your primary responsibility will be to direct crew members and equipment in the execution of daily grounds and turf maintenance tasks.
**Key Responsibilities:
* Direct crew members and equipment to ensure efficient completion of tasks
* Plan and execute assigned work or tasks, including cultivation, pruning, mowing, weeding, mulching, fertilizing, and other landscaping activities
* Maintain open communication with management and clients to provide feedback on landscape needs
* Drive, use, maintain, and properly operate various landscape equipment
**Requirements:
* Love of the outdoors
* Preferred background in Horticulture or Landscaping
* Preferred knowledge of Turf, Weed, Tree, and Shrub identification
* Ability to complete the Davey Landscape Career Development books upon hire
* Ability to complete the Davey First Aid, CPR, and Defensive Driving course upon hire
