Senior Financial Operations Coordinator
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Financial Operations Coordinator to oversee our day-to-day financial management, administration, and member services.
Key Responsibilities
* Raise invoices, process payments, and track membership subscriptions and renewals ensuring timely payment and receipts.
* Manage income and expenditure, reconcile accounts using financial tracking software, and maintain accurate records.
* Support budgeting and financial planning in collaboration with the executive team to achieve organisational goals.
* Liaise with our Auditor to support annual audits and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
* Administer payroll using SAGE 50, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
* Evaluate and improve financial record-keeping processes to ensure up-to-date and accurate information.
* Oversee procurement of office supplies, services, and equipment to ensure value for money and efficiency.
* Maintain and manage contracts with suppliers and service providers to optimise business relationships.
Skills and Experience Required
* A minimum of 5 years experience in financial operations or finance administration.
* Strong bookkeeping and accounting skills with proficiency in SAGE 50 payroll and accounting software.
* Experience working with auditors and preparing for annual audits.
* Solid understanding of budgeting and financial planning principles.
* Excellent organisational, record-keeping, and administrative skills with strong IT abilities including MS Office (Excel, Word) and financial systems.
