with a growing and dynamic Dublin office is seeking a
Newly Qualified Financial Accountant
to join its high-performing finance team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a recently qualified accountant to gain broad exposure across financial reporting, commercial finance, and regulatory compliance within a leading professional services environment.
You will work closely with senior finance leadership locally, while also collaborating with international teams across the UK and a Global Services Centre.
The Role
You will play a key role in supporting the delivery of financial operations and providing commercial insights to the business.
This is a varied position offering strong development and progression opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes
Support financial reporting, including management accounts and statutory accounts
Maintain accurate accounting records, including journals and reconciliations
Partner with stakeholders to monitor costs and support financial decision-making
Analyse key financial metrics including billing, revenue and cash performance
Support billing processes and ensure compliance with legal and tax requirements
Assist with VAT, VIES and other regulatory filings
Liaise with auditors and support audit processes
Work closely with international finance teams and shared service functions
About You
Newly qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent)
Experience in a professional services or international environment is an advantage
Strong Excel skills with the ability to analyse and present data
Knowledge of IFRS and local accounting standards
Strong attention to detail with a proactive, hands-on approach
Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
