Responsibilities
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
* Customer Consultation:
o Welcome customers with a warm and friendly demeanor, creating a welcoming and positive in-store experience.
o Conduct skincare consultations to understand customers' needs and recommend appropriate products.
o Provide expert advice on skincare routines, product usage, and beauty tips.
* Product Knowledge:
o Develop an in-depth knowledge of Pestle and Mortar Skincare products, ingredients, and their benefits.
o Stay updated on industry trends, new product launches, and competitor offerings.
o Assist customers in selecting products tailored to their specific skincare concerns and preferences.
* Sales and Customer Engagement:
o Proactively engage with customers to identify opportunities for product recommendations.
o Offer product demonstrations and samples to enhance the shopping experience.
o Achieve and exceed personal and team sales targets.
* Visual Merchandising Support:
o Collaborate with the Visual Merchandising team to ensure products are attractively displayed.
o Assist in maintaining the overall visual presentation of the store.
Qualifications
