If you want to work on high-profile projects for blue-chip clients in a stimulating environment, this is an excellent opportunity.Reporting To:Environmental Health and Safety LeadPurpose of RoleThe Environmental Health & Safety Advisor is responsible forestablishing, developing, and implementing the HS&E strategy on projects, ensuring apositive safety cultureis maintained and that our client is recognized as an industry leader inHealth, Safety, and Environmental compliance.Role ResponsibilitiesHealth & Safety Guidance: Implement our client's EHS policies and provide guidance on all health and safety matters.Policies, Procedures & Documentation: Assist in drafting, reviewing, and maintaining EHS documentation.Inspections, Audits & Reporting: Conduct site inspections and audits, preparing detailed reports.Risk Management & Incident Reporting: Complete risk assessments and ensure incidents and accidents are investigated thoroughly.Training & Communication: Identify training needs and deliver EHS training sessions.Subcontractor & Stakeholder Management: Ensure subcontractor compliance with EHS standards.The CandidateThird-level qualification in EHS or a related discipline.Minimum of 3 years' experience on large-scale commercial or construction projects.Highly organized and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.Conscientious, detail-oriented, and focused.Self-starter with excellent relationship-building skills.Full clean driver's license preferred.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Career PathOur client has a structured career progression programme throughprofessional development and mentoring.
