Global Financial Crimes Specialist
A Role in High Demand
This is a pivotal role within the Global Financial Crimes team, focused on developing and maintaining technology solutions that strengthen compliance and operational risk management. As part of this position, you will be delivering exceptional technical support to the wider Global Financial Crimes (GFC) team.
The successful candidate will work closely with Global Financial Crimes leadership to ensure systems and processes are optimized through technology, aligned with the Compliance and Operational Risk Management (CORM) Program, Enterprise Policies, and Fraud Risk Management Standards.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
1. Providing onsite physical support for GFC to site all technology requirements as well as providing support for the global Non-US investigations team;
2. Troubleshoots and resolves hardware and software issues for end-users;
3. Installs configures maintains desktops laptops peripheral devices;
-Support audio-visual equipment for meetings events;
-Ensures network connectivity assists basic network troubleshooting
-Coordinates remote IT teams escalated issues system updates/
