About Hanley Calibration
Hanley's are an Irish owned calibration, commissioning, and validation service provider. We were founded in 1992 and are headquartered in Cork. We provide Calibration, Maintenance & Validation services both in Ireland & in Europe to the Pharma, Bio-Pharma, Medical Device and other regulated industries.

Summary
The successful candidate will be reporting to the Service Manager. Their primary duties will include management of third-party equipment, in-house calibration standards, liaising with customers and suppliers, completing purchase orders, issuing quotations, and organizing shipping of equipment.

Job Description
The successful candidate will be reporting to the Service Manager and working closely with them on daily tasks. Duties will include:

* Liaising with technicians & customers to arrange the efficient processing of 3rd party calibrations.
* Maintaining in-house Calibration standards.
* Adhering to internal procedures as set out by our ISO9001:2015 certification.
* Completion of purchase orders.
* Arranging shipping of Instruments.
* General Admin duties.
* Performing other duties as assigned by line manager.

Skills

* Experience with Excel in essential.
* Experience with Purchase orders and CMMS system is preferred but not essential.
* Strong organization skills.
* Strong customer service skills.
* Excellent communication skills (written and oral).
* Demonstrate excellent ability to problem solve across functional units.
* Under minimal supervision, perform effectively within established regulations and guidance.

Requirements

* The successful applicant would typically have 3+ years relevant experience in administration in a services, manufacturing, maintenance, facilities, engineering, construction, or similar environment.
* Experience should include use and administration of a computerized information tracking systems, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
