International Tax Associate Director Dublin / Hybrid A leading professional services firm is expanding its international tax practice and is now seeking an International Tax Associate Director. This senior role suits a technically strong international tax specialist who enjoys complex cross-border advisory work, leading high-performing teams and developing long-term client relationships. The position offers significant progression potential within a growing national tax practice. Role Overview You will lead the delivery of international tax services across a broad client portfolio, working with Irish and multinational businesses on cross-border transactions, structuring, expansion and global tax strategy. This role combines technical leadership, client management, commercial development and day-to-day team oversight. Key Responsibilities * Lead a team delivering international tax services to clients across multiple sectors * Advise on cross-border transactions and assess international tax strategies * Manage multiple engagements, deadlines, priorities and billing * Build strong long-term client relationships and identify new opportunities * Support the development and growth of the tax practice * Provide technical guidance and review complex advisory work * Mentor, develop and support junior team members Skills and Experience Required * ATT, ACA, ACCA or CTA qualification * Minimum 6 years' post-qualification experience in international tax within a large practice environment * Strong international tax technical ability with the capacity to interpret complex issues * Proven experience working with multinational clients and cross-border matters * Ability to work independently and take ownership of client and team requirements * Strong interpersonal and people development skills * Commercial mindset with the ability to identify new opportunities * Ambition to progress within a high-performing tax practice Why This Role This is an ideal opportunity for a Senior Manager or existing Associate Director ready for the next step.
