Retail Brand Manager My client is seeking a new position of Senior Brand Manager to join their well-established Irish retail business with over 150 stores nationwide.
Based out of City West and reporting to the Marketing Director, you will lead the development, execution, and management of a new and exciting rebranding strategy across all stores and customer touchpoints (in-store, digital, radio, print and local events).
The rebranding will include new shop fronts, interiors, and brand logos, with the aim to increase brand awareness, increase consumer engagement and deliver sales growth.
As Brand Manager Retail you will have exceptional communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills coupled with a strong understanding of consumer behaviour and brand marketing in order to optimise customer experience and drive growth.
This is a big project, a meaty role and requires a strong personality, and someone to really go for it and make this job their own.

Own brand identity, tone of voice, and visual standards across stores, marketing, and digital channels.
Deliver the rollout of the brand across the store network in partnership with design, shopfitting, and signage suppliers.
Partner with Buying, Operations, E-commerce, and Stores to ensure consistent brand execution and customer experience.
Work closely with the marketing team to plan, execute and evaluate multi-channel marketing campaigns (in-store, digital, radio, print and local events).
Coach marketing and store teams to embed brand standards.
Manage agencies and suppliers to deliver high-quality campaigns on time and within budget.
Lead brand, customer, and competitor research to drive differentiation, growth, and loyalty.
Own the category branded and private label portfolio, including packaging and product positioning.
Plan and deliver integrated multi-channel campaigns to drive footfall, engagement, and sales.
Oversee visual merchandising and collaborate with Operations and Store Managers to enhance the in-store experience.
Manage the brand's digital presence and content strategy across website, social, and email.
Ensure consistent messaging across all customer touchpoints.
Lead PR, influencer, and local partnership activity to build brand awareness and trust
