HR AdministratorOur client based in north Dublin are currently recruiting for a HR Assistant. This is a fantastic opportunity for a HR graduate or someone with one year's HR experience to gain broad exposure across the full employee lifecycle. You'll play an important role in supporting both the day-to-day operations of the HR function and contributing to wider people initiatives. This role will be based fully onsiteIn this role, you will:Manage HR administration including drafting contracts, maintaining accurate employee records, processing starters/leavers, and coordinating benefits.Support the recruitment process – from posting job adverts and screening CVs, to arranging interviews and preparing induction/onboarding materials.Be the first point of contact for HR queries, providing timely, professional, and people-focused support.Assist with payroll and HR systems administration, ensuring data is accurate and up to date.Help coordinate training and development activities, including booking courses and tracking attendance.Support employee engagement initiatives such as staff events, recognition programmes, and wellbeing activities.Contribute to HR projects across areas like performance management, health & safety, and policy updates.Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and employment legislation.Take part in continuous improvement initiatives – always looking for ways to make processes more efficient and effective.Provide general administrative support to the HR team as required.What You'll Gain:Broad experience across the full HR spectrum – recruitment, onboarding, learning & development, employee relations, and HR systems.A strong foundation for building your HR career, with opportunities to develop both technical knowledge and soft skills.Exposure to senior HR professionals, giving you valuable insight and mentoring.The chance to make a real impact in a people-focused role where no two days are the same.A supportive team environment that encourages learning, collaboration, and professional growth.Salary - €30,000 - €32,000 plus benefitsFor further information, please contact Emma Anglim on
