The position is within the Estates and Facilities (E&F) Department of Trinity College Dublin, part of the Campus Maintenance Team. The Sportsturf & Landscape Maintenance Team Leader will plan and lead the provision of high‑quality campus maintenance services across all campuses for students, staff, and visitors. Responsibilities include:
Leading approximately 15 staff members, including senior grounds, grounds personnel, operatives, and craft gardeners.
Co‑ordinating with contracted external partners for maintenance of hard and soft landscaping, litter management, sports grounds, drainage, and tree collection.
Providing cohesive oversight, leadership and supervision of the team and external contractors.
Delivering maintenance according to the Leadership Team for Campus Maintenance.
Post status: Permanent Contract
Hours of Post: 39 hours per week
Salary: Executive 1 Salary Scale (€55,599 – €66,034 per annum)
