Our client is a busy general practice law firm based in Dublin 2. They have instructed Link Personnel to source a qualified Solicitor (3+ years PQE) to join their firm. This is an in‑office based role. The firm would like candidates who want to become partner and must be able to bring business with them and build a book of business.
The main areas of practice are personal injury litigation, employment, and family law.
Salary
To €100k.
Benefits
Bonus, New Business Bonus, Pension, 22 days holidays + 2 company days.
Total Package
Up to €120k.
The Role
Run a full portfolio of clients as well as manage any new incoming clients.
Maintain personal injury and general litigation files from instruction to completion.
Liaise with barristers.
Work closely with clients to advance their cases.
Move between practice areas with ease.
Direct administrative staff.
Develop and manage client relationships.
Experience
Strong litigation experience.
Ability to work independently.
Good organisational skills.
