The Role
As Mechanical Supervisor, you will oversee the installation and fabrication of mechanical systems on-site, with a focus on piping and platework. You will lead and coordinate mechanical crews, ensuring all works are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards, while driving team performance and ensuring compliance with Europlan and client specifications.
We provide accommodation, full onsite support, and rotation flights back to Ireland every second weekend to support a healthy work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities
* Supervise and coordinate daily mechanical installation works, including piping and platework.
* Ensure fabrication and installation comply with drawings, specifications, and industry standards.
* Lead mechanical crews and communicate project goals clearly and consistently.
* Drive a strong health and safety culture through toolbox talks and regular inspections.
* Monitor workmanship quality and ensure all systems meet Europlan and client requirements.
* Collaborate with QA/QC teams on inspections, testing, and documentation.
* Support planning for pre-fabrication and installation sequencing.
* Maintain accurate progress reports, shift logs, and material records.
* Provide regular updates to the Mechanical Package Manager on progress and technical challenges.
What We’re Looking For
* Experience in mechanical construction and supervision (piping and platework).
* Strong knowledge of fabrication, erection, and commissioning processes.
* Skilled in interpreting isometric drawings, P&IDs, and material specifications.
* Proven experience leading large crews on industrial, pharmaceutical, or energy sector projects.
* Deep understanding of QA/QC processes and safety regulations.
* Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
