Head Chef Assistant
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Head Chef Assistant to take on a key role within our operations team. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership qualities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments.
Key Responsibilities:
* To assist the head chef with menu planning, inventory management, and kitchen administration;
* To supervise staff during service hours ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and safely;
* Assisting with staff training programs for new employees as well as conducting performance reviews to improve staff skillset;
* Maintain cleanliness of the entire food preparation area adhering health standards at all times;
Pilot Quality Control procedures daily.
