Accounts Payable / Secretary – Part-Time
Location: Galway City
We are an established accountancy firm in Galway City seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Accounts Payable / Secretary to join our team on a part-time basis.
The Role:
You will be responsible for managing accounts payable, VAT preparation, and general secretarial duties to support the smooth running of the office.
Essential Requirements:
Strong IT skills (MS Office proficiency required)
Experience using ROS Online
Proven experience in accounts payable and VAT
Desirable:
Previous experience working in an accountancy firm
Hours:
24 hours per week, worked over 3 days
Hours and days are negotiable
