Role Overview
We are looking for an E-Commerce Specialist to manage our Mods & Minis Web Site and be responsible for driving on-line sales growth and development.
This is a target driven, hands on role and you will be responsible for managing and optimising our e-commerce platform, driving on-line sales through meticulous product management, effective paid advertising campaigns, analysing sales data and implementing digital marketing strategies to enhance the customer experience.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years e-commerce experience and come from a retail background. They will be a highly organised as a self-starter with a passion for digital marketing and a strong analytical mindset.
Key Responsibilities
Product Management & Listing
Accurately and efficiently create, manage and optimize product listing from sourcing images to publishing products via our Fashion Master EPOS system.
Write compelling and SEO-optimized product descriptions, titles and meta-data to boost visibility and conversion rates.
Co-ordinate the collections and uploading of product information, including images, pricing, stock levels, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
Manage product categorization, merchandising and the product on-line assortment to enhance the customer shopping experience and maximize sales.
Conduct regular audits of the web-site to ensure all product information, pricing and promotions are current and correct.
Ability to work on your own and take the lead role in running the website.
Google Ads (PPC) management.
Plan, execute and optimise Google search, display and shopping campaigns to drive qualified traffic and achieve a strong return on advert spend.
Conduct key work research, competitor analysis and audience targeting to maximise campaign effectiveness.
