Key Responsibilities:

* Attending morning briefings with the M&E Team to stay up-to-date on site operations

* Supporting the M&E Team on Conversion Work to drive sales growth

* Collaborating with other sales channels to achieve shared goals

* Managing the Sports Market for the hotel to increase revenue
">
* Utilizing company marketing initiatives to close business deals
">
* Attending networking events and tradeshows to build relationships and promote the hotel's services
">
* Working with Local DMCs to arrange sales missions and events
">
* Developing and managing catering sales revenue and operation budgets
">
* Providing forecasting reports to stakeholders
">
* Generating new leads from Creation reports and Lost Business Reports
">
* Managing the annual performance management process for the sales team
">

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

* Hospitality Management/BSC or equivalent experience

* A deep understanding of hotel operations and the ability to work under pressure

* Excellent presentation and influencing skills
