We are seeking an experienced Technical Support Specialist to join our team.
About the Role:
This is a challenging position that requires a high level of technical expertise and excellent problem-solving skills. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing remote support to customers in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide Level 3 technical support to customers via phone, email, or remote desktop connections.
* Take ownership of complex technical issues and troubleshoot problems using advanced diagnostic tools.
* Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of multiple technologies, including Microsoft Cloud services (O365, SharePoint, etc.) and network architecture.
* Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless delivery of technical solutions.
* Assist in designing and implementing data and network architecture to meet business needs.
* Act as a final point of escalation for Level 1 and Level 2 engineers.
* Mentor junior engineers and provide guidance on technical best practices.
Requirements:
* 5+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably within a multi-customer environment.
* Broad and deep technical knowledge of multiple technologies, including Microsoft server infrastructure, cloud services, and LAN/WAN networking.
* Microsoft or industry-recognized certifications (MCSE, O365, Azure, Ubiquiti).
* Solid understanding of data backups, disaster recovery, and business continuity processes.
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
