HR CoordinatorWe are looking fora HR Coordinator to provide accurate and efficient administrative support to HRTeams across Irish Sites and the wider business. You will be the first point ofcontact for general HR enquiries, managing the sites' central HR inboxes andresponding as appropriate or escalating queries to the relevant HR Manager. This is a variedrole supporting the full employee lifecycle, helping to deliver highlyeffective inductions, maintaining accurate employee records, and providingfirst point of contact advice and guidance. Keyresponsibilities· Manage allpre -employment checks including medical screening, right to work verificationand employment references· Issueemployment offers, contracts and new starter packs· Overseenew starter induction in line with company policy, including HR inductionprogrammes and orientation sessions· Maintainaccurate and up to date electronic employee records, ensuring HR systems arecontinuously updated and compliant with GDPR· Supportemployee lifecycle changes including starters, departmental transfers, leaversand other employee changes· Supportprobation processes including review timelines, confirmation/extension lettersand record keeping· Supportweekly and monthly payroll administration and liaise with payroll providers toensure accurate and timely processing· Assistwith employee benefits administration and respond to employee queries· Supportabsence management processes including attendance monitoring, trigger lettersand return to work documentation· Providesupport to Managers on investigations and first level disciplinary processessuch as attendance management· Supportemployee engagement initiatives, training programmes, workshops and companyevents· Ensureadherence to company policies, procedures and employment legislation, andcontribute to continuous improvement What we'relooking for· GCSE Level· CIPD Level3 qualified (desirable but not essential)· Highattention to detail & accuracy· Effectivecommunication (orally and written)· Highlyorganised, adaptable and flexible
