Job Description:
The Client Expenses team is responsible for managing client payments and tax returns. As a key member of the team, you will be involved in payment processing, calculation and filing of tax returns, as well as providing exceptional customer service to clients.
Key Responsibilities:
* Paying client fees in accordance with agreed Service Level Agreements
* Calculating and reviewing client tax returns, including PAYE/PRSI/VAT
* Providing high-quality service to customers by completing tasks accurately and efficiently
* Liaising with clients and other departments to ensure smooth onboarding processes
* Performing tasks under supervision, checking for errors and ensuring adherence to procedures
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Previous experience in financial services, fund administration or accounts payable
* Excellent attention to detail and strong written and verbal communication skills
* Able to assess issues, identify solutions and problem-solve effectively
* Ability to work in a team environment to meet critical deadlines
