We are looking for a Site Construction Manager to join our team in Dublin.
Key Responsibilities
Lead all engineering activities for assigned EPC projects, from conceptual design through detailed engineering and handover.
Coordinate with procurement, fabrication, construction, erection, and commissioning teams to ensure project deliverables (costs, quality, schedule) are met.
Prepare and review project schedules; monitor progress, identify delays/risks and implement corrective actions.
Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards throughout project execution.
Liaise with clients, contractors, licensors (if any) and regulatory bodies to align specifications, approvals, and inspections.
Review technical drawings, specifications, and risk analyses to ensure constructability and maintainability.
Manage project budgets, cost tracking, and resource allocation.
Facilitate testing, commissioning, and startup of plant equipment.
Assist in permits, documentation, and quality assurance / quality control (QA/QC) activities.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical / Chemical / Metallurgical / Civil Engineering (or related).
6-10 years of proven experience in EPC projects, preferably in process plants (sulphuric acid, metals, chemicals etc.).
Strong understanding of fabrication, erection, piping, pressure equipment, heat exchangers, and structural & civil works.
Good command of project planning tools (e.g. Primavera / MS Project) and cost control.
Familiarity with relevant Indian codes/standards, safety and environmental regulations.
Solid problem-solving abilities and decision-making under pressure.
Excellent communication skills; ability to interface with multidisciplinary teams and clients.
