Job Title: Financial Services Professional
Main Responsibilities:
* Oversight of account reconciliations to ensure accuracy and efficiency within set deadlines.
* Provide timely responses to queries in accordance with established procedures.
* Manage work queues effectively to meet deadline requirements.
Team Collaboration:
* Active participation in team huddles and meetings to foster collaboration and open communication.
* Support the team in monitoring mailboxes to ensure query completion within service level agreements.
* Consult with other partners to resolve reconciliation entries and queries.
Additional Duties:
* Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
* Ensure adherence to all relevant policies, procedures, and controls.
* Finalize reports for distribution prior to internal and external sharing.
Skill Requirements:
* Strong administration and customer service skills.
* Assistance with investor/client queries.
* Support with reporting, flagged information, and KPIs.
The Transfer Agency department provides third-party fund services to numerous fund management companies. This role is part of a dedicated cross-jurisdictional Reconciliations Team, requiring a keen interest in financial services, strong administration/customer service skills, and attention to detail.
