Job Title: Suite Operations Manager
Job Description:
The Suite Operations Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring seamless hotel operations during peak hours. This involves overseeing all aspects of the property, upholding exceptional service standards, and driving sales initiatives to boost revenue.
* Coordinating with senior management to guarantee smooth day-to-day hotel operations.
* Effectively managing teams of up to 40 staff members during busy shifts, including food and beverage teams.
* Maintaining a hands-on approach in areas where support is required, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
* Working closely with the in-house sales team to drive sales efforts and increase market share.
* Ensuring consistently high levels of guest satisfaction and delivering personalized experiences.
The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 2-3 years' experience in a similar role within fast-paced 3* or 4* hotels. Strong knowledge of the food and beverage sector, including current trends and innovations, is essential for success. HACCP training is also a must.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
