The Construction Quality Coordinator will be responsible for supporting Project Teams to ensure compliance with the Quality Management System throughout the construction phase.
Responsibilities
* Coordinate the implementation of project quality processes and procedures with project teams
* Conduct project quality audits for compliance with ISO 9001:2015 and the Quality Management System
* Promote a culture of continuous improvement amongst project teams
* Review the effectiveness of site quality control and assurance processes and procedures
* Monitor the closeout of issues and defects
* Analyze trends in project quality statistics
* Maintain and update project quality documentation
* Update and issue weekly project quality reports
* Conduct Quality Management System training for project teams
* Maintain a professional image for the company in dealings with the public and stakeholders
* Perform other ad hoc duties as required

Requirements
* Third level qualification in a technical discipline — Construction/Architectural Technology/Building Surveying or related area
* Knowledge and experience of working with Quality Management Systems and ISO 9001:2015
* Experience with digital construction documentation management
* Strong understanding and experience of construction detailing, particularly in residential builds
* Experience in timber frame construction is advantageous
* Proficient across the full MS Office suite
* Solid understanding of construction sequence of works
* Full valid driver’s license
