As our Digital Transformation Lead, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our business, driving efficiency, improving performance, and delivering exceptional experiences for candidates and clients alike.
What You'll Do
* Lead the Digital Transformation Strategy: Define and execute a roadmap that aligns with business goals and industry trends.
* Translate Business Needs into Tech Solutions: Act as the link between stakeholders and technology teams to deliver solutions that drive value.
* Champion Agile Delivery: Foster a culture of iterative development and continuous improvement.
* Own Data Strategy: Implement robust data governance and leverage insights to inform decision-making.
* Integrate AI & Automation: Identify opportunities for AI/ML to enhance candidate matching, predictive analytics, and process automation.
* Drive Change: Lead cultural and operational change to embed digital-first practices across the organisation.
What We're Looking For
* Proven experience leading digital transformation in recruitment, HR tech, or related industries.
* Strong understanding of product management, technology platforms, and data ecosystems from strategy to delivery.
* Ability to translate business requirements into technology solutions that deliver measurable outcomes.
* Hands-on experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban).
* Knowledge of AI/ML concepts and their application in recruitment, with ability to translate concepts into business value.
* Excellent communication, facilitation and stakeholder management skills.
Qualifications
* Degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
* Certifications on Agile (Scrum, SAFe), Product Management or Project Management are an advantage
* Exposure to AI, Data Science or Digital Innovation frameworks highly desirable.
