About the Deli Supervisor Role
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Deli Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day operations of our deli, with a focus on preparing high-quality meals for customers.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supervise and support the deli team to maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and customer service.
* Prepare and cook fresh meals daily, utilizing seasonal and locally sourced ingredients where possible.
* Manage stock levels, place orders, and minimize waste.
* Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and internal policies.
* Assist in menu planning and introduce new meal ideas to keep offerings fresh and exciting.
* Provide training and motivation to deli staff.
