The ability to work seamlessly with these teams is crucial for achieving the objectives of the position.nDescriptionWork with the Data Science u0026 Advanced Analytics teams on automation u0026 predictive model solutions to create insightful outputs and optimise supply/demand processes.nnLeverage Python, RPA (Robotic Process Automation), Anomaly Detection u0026 LLM technologies to innovate and support automation efficiency within Retail Fulfilment Operations team.nnDeliver process automation with BPR u0026 Business Analytics teams globally, focused on enhancing the customer experience and improving service levels. nnBuild reporting solutions for both RFO Digital u0026 Store teams. Use tools such as Tableau to create dashboards and data visualisations to enable strategic business decisioning. Collaborate with Business Intelligence teams to deliver on data engineering and platform requirements.nnDeep dive into operational data to assess program performance, identify trends and drive opportunities for improvement. Provide actionable recommendations across supply planning, demand planning, inventory management, new retail store / product launches, and order management.nnCollaborate with key business partners to understand and amplify the "Voice of the Customer". Serve as a liaison between online and retail teams in sales, finance, logistics, procurement, and operations teams. nnDrive continuous improvement through shared knowledge and collective actionnMinimum QualificationsAbility to evaluate and interpret large data sets, analyse, and present data with meaningful insights. Independently navigate systems and tools with knowledge of relational databases.nProficient in using Tableau or similar data visualisation tools to build reports and dashboards for program tracking and performance analysis.nProficiency with statistical coding languages (e.g. SQL, Python).nFamiliarity with GenAI capabilities and application to supply chain / planning / forecasting use cases for strategic business impact. nA team player with a "hands-on" and "can do" attitude that can influence through collaboration and leadership. Being able to work effectively with other teams and taking them along for the journey is critical.nA curious mindset with exceptional business acumen and the ability to cut through ambiguity with a practical and solutions orientated approach to problem solving.nExcellent communication and leadership presentation skills.nPreferred QualificationsPractical experience with and/or theoretical understanding of algorithms for classification, regression, clustering, and anomaly detection.nExperience in post-go-live program management and developing BAU (Business-as-Usual) management systems.nPassion for research, innovation and enhancing the customer experience.nConfidence to make critical decisions and deliver results under tight timelines, with flexibility to adapt to the challenges of a fast-paced environment. n
