Trade Counter Representative
We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Trade Counter Agent in Dublin. This is an office-based role that requires delivering exceptional customer service and advice at the trade counter.
The successful candidate will be responsible for engaging directly with customers, providing expert guidance on our extensive product range, managing orders, and identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products. Additionally, they will handle stock management including stock-taking and replenishment, collections, returns, local recalibration services and support merchandising initiatives.
This role presents a unique opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and has strong communication skills. The ideal candidate should have previous retail or customer-facing experience along with basic IT proficiency.
