Assistant Quantity Surveyor (Construction) A leading international construction specialist delivering high-value, complex workspace and technical environment projects is seeking an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to support ongoing projects primarily based in Co. Kildare. Role & Duties: Assist in the preparation and ongoing update of contract budgets Support the commercial team in managing contractual and legal aspects of projects Liaise closely with the Senior Quantity Surveyor on all commercial matters Assist in the administration and maintenance of contract records Contribute to the preparation of monthly JCRs and JCSs Attend relevant contract review and commercial meetings Assist with updating cash flow reporting and payment/collection tracking Maintain strong working relationships with clients, subcontractors, and the wider project team Requirements: Minimum 2 years experience in a Quantity Surveying role Strong understanding of construction methods and technologies Knowledge of measurement and valuation principles Understanding of subcontractor/material procurement processes Exposure to commercial reporting and contract documentation Knowledge of standard and bespoke construction contracts Awareness of health & safety and quality procedures within construction Strong communication and relationship-building skills across all stakeholders Salary & Package: €50k-€60k+ (depending on experience) Performance-related bonus Generous annual leave entitlement Strong training and development opportunities Supportive, collaborative working environment Long-term career progression within a growing organisation How to Apply: If youre interested in this role, please send your CV to or call Alannah Mongey on for a confidential discussion.
