This is a senior management role, responsible for driving our mission of being the leading fundraising platform for charities across Ireland. The successful candidate will develop and execute strategies to ensure Fundraising Solution continues to grow, and will be key to building out our strategy and managing our success into the the future Fundraising Solution is Irelands only all in one Charity Supplier with 30 years of experience working with Charities, big and small in the Irish Sector. The Role: Business Development: Expanding our presence in the charity and not-for-profit sector by identifying and acquiring new clients. Client Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring they are effectively utilizing the platform and maximizing its benefits. Strategic Planning: Developing and implementing strategies to achieve income and revenue targets, as well as identifying new markets and opportunities for growth. Relationship Building: Fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders, both internally within the our team and externally with clients and partners. Communication: Effectively communicating the value proposition of Fundraising Solutions to various audiences, including charities, donors, and corporate partners. Reporting and Analysis: Tracking and analysing performance, identifying trends, and providing regular reports on progress and key performance indicators (KPIs). Skills and Experience: - Proven experience in business development, ideally within the charity or technology sectors. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to identify opportunities. - Strategic thinking and the ability to develop and implement effective business plans. - Experience in fundraising or a related field is an advantage. - Proficiency in using CRM systems and other relevant technologies Salary: Depending on experience.
