Job Title: HR Administrator

About the Role
A food business is looking for an HR Administrator to join its team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing employee relations, implementing HR policies and procedures, and providing coaching to managers.
Key Responsibilities
* Act as the main point of contact for all employees
* Recommend and implement new HR policies and procedures with an employee-centered mindset
* Develop a strong business partnering relationship with managers and ensure consistent decision-making processes within the HR framework
* Coach managers on employee situations and best HR practices
* Manage accurate employee records while on leave
* Investigate thoroughly all employee relations processes within company guidelines
* Manage recruitment and onboarding process, including candidate review and interview setup
* Manage and monitor employees' working hours and send weekly reports to the management team
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field
* Minimum 1-3 years of HR experience
* Deep understanding of Labor Law and employment regulations
* Comfortable with Microsoft office
