Process Engineer Job Description
As a key member of the operations team, you will lead the design and implementation of processes that drive efficiency, productivity, and innovation within our manufacturing facility.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in process engineering, with expertise in equipment installation, maintenance, and validation. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot technical issues, identify process improvements, and develop continuous improvement projects.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement process improvements that enhance safety, quality, and efficiency.
* Manage equipment vendors, execute maintenance visits, and assess spare parts criticality.
* Support the validated state of equipment through revalidation protocols and participate in troubleshooting activities.
* Lead/participate in manufacturing investigations, identify process and equipment improvements, and develop CI projects.
Requirements:
* Minimum 5 years cGMP industrial/engineering experience.
* Experience in executing on-the-floor activities, data-driven root cause analysis, and Six Sigma.
* Leadership and resolution of complex technical investigations.
* Ability to explain complex technical issues to external customers/agencies.
