We are seeking a strong Salesforce Delivery Manager / Solution Architect for a top company in Dublin that is hybrid remote and open to permanent and contract options.ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with architects, business analysts, and developers to assess business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions within Salesforce services.Assist in the architectural planning, design, and implementation of Salesforce solutions, ensuring adherence to best practices and technical standards.Participate in code reviews to maintain high development standards and to ensure scalability and functionality of the solutions.Contribute to the development of customizations, integrations, and data migration strategies.Create and maintain technical documentation, including design documents, process flows, and deployment guides.Aid in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues during development, testing, and post-deployment stages.Work closely with stakeholders to ensure that the final product aligns with business requirements and expectations.Your experience:A bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, Information Technology or a related field.8+ years of experience with Salesforce services development and administration.Understanding of Salesforce services architecture and knowledge of Salesforce services best practices and guidelines.Proficiency in Salesforce services programming languages (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components).Familiarity with Salesforce services integration patterns and experience with Salesforce APIs.Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment as well as independently.For more info you can contact at -
