This is a vital, hands-on role focused on supporting adults with complex needs to live meaningful lives as active, valued members of their communities.
Aligned with HSE New Directions, HSE Interim Standards, and a Human Rights Based Approach, the postholder will work alongside adults, their circles of support, and multidisciplinary teams to co-design personalised pathways to education, employment, social participation, and independent living.
This role requires flexibility to work across CRC's Dublin locations and may include some evening and weekend work.
