Job Title:
An Environmental Health and Safety Professional is required to provide environmental, health and safety services to support world-class manufacturing standards.
Key Responsibilities:
* Environmental Management:
* Manage and report all environmental metrics monthly and complete the annual environmental performance report.
* Evaluate and ensure compliance with EHS standards, Industrial Emission Directive (IED) license requirements and SHWW 2005 safety at work act.
* Reduce greenhouse gas emissions through energy, waste, water and volatile organic compounds reductions.
* Health and Safety:
* Develop, implement and support health and safety programs to reduce Lost Time Injury Rate (LTIR) and Total Incident Rate (TRIR) to achieve world-class standards.
* Maintain competence in ergonomic principles and use various tools and methods for assessing ergonomic risks.
* Support Services:
* Provide environmental support for the manufacturing of current and new products to world-class standards.
* Support standard work related to chemical processes, particularly electric coating and wastewater treatment.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in environmental health and safety management.
* Strong knowledge of EHS regulations and industry standards.
* Excellent communication and project management skills.
