Clinical Nurse Manager Role Overview
As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for overseeing daily clinical operations within the nursing home.
Responsibilities:
* Oversee daily clinical operations and lead the nursing and care team to ensure the highest standards of care for residents.
* Mentor and support the nursing and care team to promote person-centered care and continuous improvement.
* Ensure compliance with HIQA standards and all relevant regulations through effective management and leadership.
* Manage staff rostering, training, and performance to optimize team efficiency and productivity.
The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, strong communication abilities, and a passion for delivering high-quality patient care.
Key Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field.
* Registration as a Registered General Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland.
* Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role.
* Excellent leadership and communication skills.
