Project Manager - Wastewater Treatment Facility

* Coordinate on-site upgrade works at a wastewater treatment facility in the North East.
* Lead a team of engineers, safety personnel and M&E installation personnel.
Key Responsibilities:
* Represent project interests at client meetings.
* Manage site documentation: signage, audits, method statements, reports, site sub-contractor documentation.
* Plan and schedule construction projects.
* Procure and expedite materials and equipment.
* Review and report on project costs.
* Research and suggest options on construction means, methods and equipment.
* Close out projects including hand over of completed safety files.
* Prepare progress reports and technical reports for clients and internal use.
* Plan timelines for all installations from contract award to completion and handover of documentation.
* Manage EPS performance against Contractual KPIs.
* Manage day-to-day communications and documentation with ER and site RE staff.
* Coordinate handover documentation, testing, commissioning and process proving documentation.
* Coordinate environmental and ecology requirements.
* Update work programs on a weekly and monthly basis as required.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Proficiency in PC skills including MS Office and Project software is advantageous.
* Good interpersonal and communication skills.
* Strong engineering, analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Collaborative skills with an ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Qualifications:
* A third-level Mechanical or Environmental Engineering degree.
* Similar relevant third-level qualification and experience will be considered.
