About the Role
* Leverage your technical expertise to lead support services for clients, including clean and black utilities upgrades and remediation projects.
* Analyze problems and provide technical support for control centre operations in a busy pharmaceutical manufacturing plant environment.
Responsibilities
1. Deliver maintenance, preventive, and unplanned tasks on schedule, within budget, safely, and satisfactorily, with thorough documentation completed.
2. Review spare parts levels and manage task schedules, resources, and progress quality effectively.
3. Maintain compliance with cGMP regulations, equipment ownership, and spare part management through SAP systems.
4. Oversee budgets, procurement, and planning of mechanical and equipment purchases.
5. Liaise with planners, prioritize workflows, and coordinate work tasks/permits efficiently.
6. Participate in root cause analysis, deviations, and resolution teams to drive continuous improvement.
7. Conduct risk assessments, BBS, and BBQs to identify potential hazards and report non-conformances promptly.
Qualifications
* Degree in Mechanical or Marine and Plant Engineering (or Chemical/Process Engineering with relevant experience).
* 5-10 years of experience in engineering and project management in Pharmaceuticals and Biopharmaceuticals industries.
* A self-starter with leadership experience, excellent communication skills, and chartered status is highly desirable.
