Job Description:
The Installation Manager is a key role responsible for overseeing and coordinating all equipment installations. This position plays a crucial part in ensuring that projects are completed efficiently, effectively, and to the highest standards.
Main Responsibilities:
* Manage and coordinate all equipment installations
* Supervise technical and administrative aspects from project initiation to handover
* Collaborate with suppliers, sales teams, customers, and engineering teams
* Oversee operational costs and implement strategies to reduce installation costs and quality issues
* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and work processes
Skills and Qualifications:
* Previous experience in the construction industry (advantageous)
* Strong leadership, persuasive, and decisive skills
* Adaptability, stress resistance, and analytical abilities
* Commercial awareness, cost consciousness, and excellent communication skills
