Stock Administrator – Mayo
About the Role:
We are seeking a
Stock Administrator
to join a growing team based in Co. Mayo. This role is ideal for someone with strong organisational skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to manage a busy workload.
You'll be working closely with both warehouse and sales office teams to ensure smooth stock administration and efficient customer support.
Key Responsibilities:
* Order processing and responding to customer queries
* Preparing and issuing quotations
* Invoicing and credit control
* Providing administrative support to the Field Account Management team
* Stock-related administration and reporting
What You'll Need:
* 2+ years' experience in a busy administrative role
* Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel
* Excellent time management and organisational skills
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Proactive and detail-oriented approach
