Job Description:
The successful candidate will be responsible for the delivery of a National Lottery Heritage Fund project. They will work closely with various stakeholders, including the Project Manager and Conservation Officer to achieve this goal.
* To have diversity and inclusion at the heart of engagement at Mourne Park,
* to learn from new audiences and inform the project team on improvements to activities across the project as a whole.
The Community Development Officer will report directly to the Project Manager. Their role involves ensuring that all programs and activities are compliant with child welfare and safety practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Demonstrable experience in delivering projects is essential; complex multi-disciplinary projects bringing together skills within or outside an organization would be advantageous;
* A background in environmental education, particularly concerning woodlands and rivers, is required; volunteer management experience also beneficial;
